if you were looking for the above, what would you choose.
is the on one 29r the only viable option to cover all the bases.

How tall are you Ton?
I've got a alloy framed voodoo 29er with ridge forks, x9, tektro hydro brakes etc. its XL.
I need to sort it out, its doing nothing in the shed, it would be sub £200.
I won't be able to do much until Tuesday. But could do you a full spec and photos then or Wednesday.
Cheers
Paul

I can run 35c tyres in my pompetamine, which if running at 65psi is enough for me (97Kg and counting) if I ride with a bit of sympathy for the rear tyre.

But I think Id prefer 2.5" tyres for peace of mind.

I love the pomp geomtery though which is why I really want On-One to develop a monster cross.

In the meantime, Id go for a steel 29er inbred and alfine.

ECR is far more than I want to pay. if I have a bad outcome, it will be a expensive waste of time.....and err cash.

pompetamine, off road, 35c, rohloff.

If I had room to, Id love to put 2.5" in the back.

Couple of Spesh Hardrock 29ers in XL on ebay at the minute. Tide you over until you're ready to commit some cash again, and you'd not lose any/much when you re-sell. I just did a search "29er XL" so there may be more on there.
