From a friend in the know about these things, it's not Nzonzi as he (apparently) doesn't/can't drive, he has a driver who takes him everywhere.
Nzonzi is taller and has less hair than the guy pictured in those (frankly shit) photos.
There was talk that it might be Nzonzi's brother - the car plates are registered in Beauvais which was the town/area in France where Nzonzi was born.
Again, this is all third party information from a friend who knows infinitely more about football than I do. I'd never heard of Nzonzi before it was said on Twitter!
