Hi,
I looking at/need to have a HTML software program, but it NOT fot WEBSITE. (I use wordpress for that)
I just need a basic program to edit/put togeather a news letter, which has to be in HTML.
I got some basic news letter templetes so need a progragm to copy and past from word and drop in pics.
So anyone have any feed back on

Or any other program that might be better for newsletter building (more arty/desgin based??)

Word? Publisher?
LibreOffice equivalent? Can't remember the name.
Good editing tools and the html output isn't terrible. (well, okay, it is but in your use-case that won't matter)
