Beeline down the Cowley road is probably the biggest and I've had a few things done there through necessity but haven't been that impressed unfortunately - poor communication and less than perfect spannering. You might be better looking at some of the shops towards Chilterns/Wycombe way - I've been recommended one but can't remember its name unfortunately.

Walton Street Cycles in Jericho gives a discount to STW cardholders.

I have occasionally bought stuff but not services from them over nearly 20 years.

Callum in Bucks Bikes of Aylesbury (about 30mins from you) is very, very good.

Cycle centre do stuff well for quite cheap and do it quickly.
Beeline always seem to agree on a price then double it when you come to collect.
Few friends have used cycloanalyst for forks etc. seem good.

Bike Zone just off Cornmarket, have Zappi's cafe above too for a latte and flapjack 😉

Over in Buckingham, Solstice Cycles are good. Use the X5 bus service from Oxford.

+1 for bikezone. Zappis cafe is better value than the high street chains and run by a former Giro racer, and BZ are used by most of the Oxford clubs and enthusiasts. The Cowley Road shops sell some nice kit (or at least have it on display) but really cater for the student/commuter market. If I was paying someone in oxford to work on my P+J it would be Bikezone.
