So I've reached that point in life where my scrotum isn't as wallnutty as it used to be.
I can cope with the wild ear/nasal hairs and ever increasing number of wrinkles, what I can't cope with is my ball sack hanging down one side of my saddle whilst I'm pedalling.
It's quite uncomfortable.
I'm looking for recommendations for a sport type trunk style brief that will keep my pendulous knackers at bay while I'm riding.
They need to be seamless, breathable and thin and lightweight enough to wear under padded shorts.
Is there such a thing?
Thanks in advance.
Yes, running pants. Decathlon do cheap ones or more posh ones available. Think of then like a sports bra fir yer plums
I'm not talking from experience here..but these look like they could do a job for you ..

Are you sure it's not just this heat wave?
Wearing something under padded shorts is likely to result in chafing. I'd suggest you just need better padded shorts,.
Face lift for your tabs?
Surely the padded shorts (if we're talking lycra) shoaled provide adequate support?
Get a saddle with a big cutout. Then your nads will simply poke through the gap into their own snug niche.
I have had similar problems. I never went the lightweight pants route as I found using chamois cream on the nadgers sorted the irritation.
This thread needs some Buster...

Can you tie them in a knot?
Can you tie them in a bow?
They'll hang low in the heat as thats what they're supposed to do.
Just grab some bibshorts and wear modesty shorts over em or embrace the lycra.
Howies did some seamless boxers but tbh if your doing any miles lycras king.
I'll third or fourth the suggestion of tighter lycra. Anything under without a chamois will bunch up to some degree and chafe.
I’d echo the above. Get some better fitted Lycra shorts/bibs as a start point, they should sort things out, no boxers needed underneath unless you want to add chafing to the list of ailments.
For non-bike duties, the Decathlon running boxers are great and quite cheap too.
Bib shorts, butter up, and stick your hand down the front and lift 'em up out the way before you ride.
Yep, the Decathlon Kalanjeli (or some such stupid name) ones are great. I wear them all year round.
They have quite a pronounced nut sack shape sewn in and hold "the boys" pretty well.
Gently cradled in fact much like when... well, better not get into that actually.
The Decathlon running ones are a good bet for sports but NOT FOR UNDER PADDED LYCRA - it's got to be au naturel/commando under padded shorts but ones that fit properly.
I can't believe no one has suggested running your brake levers flatter yet...
Gonad support?
Surgical truss.

He does make a convincing argument, and he's clearly not a novice 🤣🤣
Change your saddle?
Remember to swing forward on dismount.
