I have stuck a narrow wide chain ring on the 2x11 cranks but the chainline now out of line. Its grinding a bit on the lower gears. Pressfit BB, what can be done to align the chain better?

1mm chainring washers between the chainring and the tabs to move the ring inwards. Might need longer bolts if more than 1mm needed, but it'll work fine.

Didn't realise chainring washers were a thing! I'll give it a go, Ta

Check your bb, my pf has a 3mm spacer on the driveside that can be moved across, but it blends in and is hard to notice.

I think I do have a spacer but its held in by the BB?

Yeah, BB comes out pretty easily with a hammer 😉

lol. just get the chainring spacers... whilst i am sure the above is a bit tongue in cheek, pressfit BB's are fickle at best, hammering them out to refit later is only ever going to result in a rubbish fit and even earlier failure.
