[Closed] Go Pro or light mounting on 35mm bars?

I cannot find older thread...so will ask again...in hope something new out there.

I have some older but still great lights built by Chris aka Troutie (RIP). The challenge is want to use them on bikes which have 35mm bars and I like the light to be close to the stem.

I know Exposure mounts good for 35mm bars, but do not know how easy they would be to fit to a light where the light is not an Exposure one...

So, what else are folks using for lights or gopro on 35mm bars?

I thought about a 35mm Garmin mount and a garmin > gopro adapter, but would appreciate thoughts on alternatives.
