HELP?! ADVICE?!
Picked up a Bell Super2 helmet to replace my aged Giro one. The Bell comes with a detachable Go-Pro mount which I was hoping to attach my Glow-Worm X1 to.

I used to attach the X1 to my old helmet with rubber O-rings, but there is nowhere really suitable for that on the Bell.

Looking on the glow-worm website they seem to make a go-pro mount, but I cannot for the life of me see how the heck it would attach to the go-pro mount on the Bell. It seems instead to be more of a quick-release plate which you glue to the helmet (which I don't want to do).

I've seen some other bodges on here, but only for lights with a screw mount on the base. The X1 has a screw on the side.

SO...given the similarities between Glow-Worm and Lupine lights could I buy a Lupine go-pro mount and attach it to the X1, and then to the helmet mount?

Any ideas people?

The gloworm one in your pic is attached to their own mount. It clips in the same as any other GoPro fitting. You get both bits when you buy the gloworm mount but you will only need the top bit. But I have 2 and neither fits a genuine GoPro mount. I spoke to Ison who sent me another which is just as bad. I have managed to dremmel enough off one so it does fit but it's not great and I had to remove a lot of material.

Edit: ignore what I said. I didn't realise your GoPro mounts directly to the helmet mount without an adapter.
