Any one used them? Ordered a Bossnut at the weekend and it's sat in the 'being processed' state, not massively concerning but I was wondering when I'll find out its in stock, and then roughly when it will come.

Anyone used them before have any idea?

Quick update for anyone interested, its still sat it 'being processed' I've had no response to any emails (they do say it could take up to 3 working days so fair enough) I just rang the call centre and apparently they're still trying to find it in stock. They're showing as in stock online still, and they've charged my credit card.

I'm not filled with confidence if I'm being totally honest.

Still no sign of dispatch 😥

Edit - just got through to someone there who understood their process! Should be dispatched on Friday or Monday, I will continue holding my breath! I may burst, I don't know how you people who order bikes that you need to wait months for do it.

I'd have cancelled my canyon order after about 17 seconds.

Update!

Credit where it is due, there was a mad flurry of activity and my new bike is now sat in a box in my garage!!!

Cannot wait to bust out of work and get there. May need to sober up a smidge before I ride home though 😳

From the story I heard last weekend, it might be worth checking all the bolts before you ride it (Rear disk calliper detaching on the first ride and then finding the front calliper wasn't even figure tight).

"it might be worth checking all the bolts before you ride it"

you mean assembling it ? as i dont believe at the margins they work to they do much more than move the box from goods in to goods out.

I think that's what has happened with mine anyway, Wednesday lunch time they still hadn't unloaded the stock from the supplier, it's at my house now so I'm assuming it's not seen the light since China or wherever.

I need to set it up tubeless anyway so I'll give it a good look over, can't see myself going out this weekend anyway with the weather. No major rush. Probably.
