What’s the default glove choice these days, preferably with a bit of padding on the palm? A good all rounder?

For years I’ve just bought whatever was cheap when I needed a pair but thinking it might be worth upping the tempo.

Endura Hummvee for me for padded ones as they tend to be a decent fit. They survive regular use, often daily for commuting duties, and have been thru the washer several times too. Just bought a new pair - previous ones have lasted 3 years and still OK but getting a bit 'baggy'. I've also got some Fox unpadded ones that are the best fitting glove I've ever found.

I've been using Fox Rangers with the padded palm for about a year now. Fit really well, lasting fine.

Fox Dirtpaws  for me...  give some protection to both palms and knuckles.... seem to last well.
