Hi,
Visiting Glentress in March, anyone got any ideas where is the best place to stay apart from camping.
Really need bike storage also.

Any Idea's, the local hotels seem very expensive.

thanks

The Glentress Hotel is quite reasonably priced as B&B's go I thought, and it's well equipped, VERY bike friendly, friendly staff, comfy beds, very convenient for the trails etc...

All of the above things were easily worth a few more quid per night for me than any other options I looked at...

The wigwams on site are getting a good rep, not sure exactly what the bike storage is but I gather there's something. And you're closer to the trailhead than the cafe is. I stayed in a wigwam thing up at tyndrum and it was mint, well OK, it was a garden shed but still.

We stayed here last year and it was excellent and very bike friendly. Its right next to glentress so you can ride straight there.
