Was at GT today at ~10am, sign in car park said to pay at barrier on way out, ticket machines in car park not appearing to work and entrance barriers up in both directions and machines at exit not showing a number plate id or any other form of working out payment. So couldn't actually find a way to pay or a FC person to ask, so we drove out at about 2pm.
Is parking free during the week now? Confused......
Nah they probably made an arse of it, I can't remember the last time any of the machines bar the ones at Peel ever worked.
As far as I know the hardware is all in place but not operating yet.

Not sure about during the week, but the machines were working at the weekend. Barriers were up though.
Pretty sure last time I was there I just used RingGo, have the signs changed now?
When I was last there in May, the machines were in place but you had to pay via the app.
