Planning to ride up Glen Einich to access climbing on Braeriach on Sunday. Does any one know if the track is clear? Didn't look like the snow was that low down but hard to tell from Aviemore and looking for some local gen.

Not a chance that the path from Loch Einich up to Braeriach will be clear all the way today but it could clear a bit by Sunday as it'll be a wee bit milder. I'd have though the track into Loch Einich would be OK though.

Cheers Scotroutes much appreciated, we were only planning to ride as far as the end of the double track at the loch and walk from there.
Should be fine I reckon. A thaw will mean it's a bit wet, though some of the bigger ditches were filled in earlier this year. I always reckon to go up the new (high) track as it's drier, then come down the old (lower) track as I don't mind getting wet and musddy so much on the way back. The ford of the Beannaidh was severely damaged in one flood and I've not been up since they repaired it so can't comment on what it's currently like.
