Anyone else noticed that the padding acts as a means of channelling the sweat straight down your face?

My old Xen was great because you'd barely notice the sweat until you stopped and pressed it and it all dripped onto the floor.

This one just pours the sweat straight down my face, all the time.

I'm glad I only paid trade price for it.

It is one comfy lid though.

Can't say that I have tbh. Compared to my Xen, it's a little cooler but still has the sweat band that retains sweat round your forehead - as you say, you notice this when you stop & squeeze it out!!

Much comfier and the new RocLoc system grips my odd shaped bonce better than anything else I've tried.

Mine doesn't have a sweat band around the front: The pads just all converge at the front, with a curved channel moulded into the shell.

It's not a problem per se, just more noticeable than my Xen.
