[Closed] Giro Switchblade... Anyone got a loose rivet?

Hi chaps,

Just bought a Giro Switchblade and one of the rivets for the chinguard mount is loose.

Does this happen after having the lid for a while?

I can send it back for warranty, but if the rivets come loose over time anyway, then there's not much point going through the warranty loop!
