Are folk happy with them? Not to heavy/hot? Just looking to replace my cracked Hex with something decent and not silly money. Ta.

I've got the MIPS version. It replaced a Feature.

It isn't a cool helmet - probably marginally better than the Feature but not by loads. I might get something else for big days in the warmer months, though not such a big issue in Scotland. It did a week in the Alps fine where climbing was minimal.

It isn't heavy, fits me very well and is well put together as you'd expect from a Giro lid. And well priced.

ehrob - cheers for this, useful info. I guess it might be on the warm side for the three sunny days we get each year in Calderdale. I'll probably risk it and buy. Thanks for your input.

Mine gets a bit warm but it's a very comfortable fit otherwise.
