Changing the forks on my 2003 Giant xtc and bottom cup of the headset (sits just above teh fork crown) wont come off the old fork! I believe the headset is a zero stack.
Questions:
1. Ideas for getting the cup off so I can reuse it.
2. Can I buy just another bottom cup to replace it, if so where from.
3. Am I better off just buying a new headset and if so what would anyone suggest.
