130mm, offset bush, 50mm zero rise stem and 20mm rise bars. Only wanders when it gets really steep.

I had the forks at 150mm, but it was awful on anything other than downhill.

Mine has a stupidly long head tube, so I need to keep the front fairly low.

140mm fork on mine. The bushes are offset too ~ I find if they're in the middle of the trail, they get in the way. 😆
70mm zero rise stem and 720mm 15mm rise bars. Seatpost with plenty of layback. Suits me for all rounds xc/trail. I find it hard to imagine how the bike worked with the original spec 100mm fork and 100 mm stem 😕

you can only run one offset bush due to the lower eyelet of the shock being mounted without any reducers.
you can get a 6x22mm bush with a 3mm offset mounted to the top. It slackens off the headangle a tad and drops the bb slighty.
