Considering buying a Reign e+ 2022, I like the simple cockpit with no screen etc but the reviews of the Giant connect app seem terrible, some say it won't connect via bluetooth without internet connection etc even to just display remaining battery percentage while riding.
Anyone using this app on other bikes or a reign and how do you find it?
I'd be a very upset if I drop 5-6k on a bike only to find I can't check my battery or fine tune assist levels etc while out on the trail if i don't have a signal etc.
Also anyone got the 2022 reign e+? What do you think?
Seem good value for money compared to spesh and trek.
