Hi folks. I bought a set of the above from fleabay but the ad didn't mention them being 10 speed (need 11). Can I buy an 11 speed freehub and fit or is this not doable?

Depends who makes the hubs for giant.
Probably one of the big factories, like Novatech.

Or what size cassette you want, 11-34 11 speed cassettes fit straight on to a 10 speed freehub.

Thanks for reply.. I was wanting to fit an 11-36 11 speed onto it but never knew I could fit an 11-34 onto a 10sp hub!

Yeah, it's the ultegra and 105 11-34 11 speed cassettes

CS-HG800-11 and CS-HG700-11, they both slot straight onto the 10 speed road freehub, they come with a spacer to fit 11 speed road freehubs.

And as i guess you know, shimano MTB 10 and 11 use the same freehub.

Think the 11-36 (SRAM? Sunrace?) needs the 11 speed road freehub.
