Some utter gits seem to have looted one of my local bike shops during the floods.

Keep your eyes open for any suspicious bike bargains please.

Did they have a getaway boat then?

Or a Ford?

Hopefully someone saw something and the calls will come flooding it.

We really need to stem the tide of all these recent thefts.

Is that really the best you can do - or are you just sandbagging?

Will keep an eye out. Any info on what bikes were taken? Are we talking high-end stuff that will be easy-ish to spot? Or mid range stuff that the little scrotes will be able to make disappear easily?

Here's the website to give you an idea of the range:
http://www.kbcycles.com/

Looks like Trek, Scott and Dawes bikes across the price ranges.

Not heard any other details. Just saw it as breaking news on the Journal.

Earlier today, police were made aware of a burglary at KB cycles which had happened overnight in High Street. A man and a woman have been arrested on suspicion of burglary and are currently in police custody.

Blimey that's good work - but keep an eye open until we know the stock has been recovered.
