Hello,

I'm about to buy a Genesis day one decade but sadly can't get to try out sizes to make sure which one I'll go for. I'm between a small and medium.
I normally ride a 54cm frame and would've gone for a 54cm if they hadn't changed their sizing for 2016!!

Could anyone have a quick look and let me know which one looks to be the more similar size to the 2015 54cm day one model?

Cheers,

G

I haven't looked, but for me top-tube length is at least as important as the seat-tube length

Angles probably don't vary hugely, but smaller frames sometimes have a slacker head-tube angle to reduce toe/wheel overlap at the front. That overlap will be a consideration if you go down a frame size, hence TT length, which is also important for comfort.
A smaller frame might have you bending down further to the handlebars as well, have you asked Genesis for their opinion?
