Can't find it anywhere, but there was a boost adapter linked on here a while back, wasn't for a specific hub type - anyone remember it? Think it was just the disc offset plus 3mm axle washers either side

Both keep the wheel centred so no dishing needed. This will require a non-boost chainline on the back.
