I've been very happy with GEAX (now Vittoria) tyres for several years; used the Saguaro on my 26 for years and now bought some for mt 27.5.
I'd never even heard of the 'Pluma' until seeing this; it's only 1.8" wide!!! I'd not trust a tyre at that weight, personally. Looks very specific to dry conditions.
