Currently running a Shimano Tiara 10 speed on my Cx bike and I'm struggling with steep hills. Probably just being a fag.
Currently got a 50/34 double up front and a 12-28 cassette.

Wondering if a 11-32 cassette would work? And make hills any easier?

What a princess 😉

If you fit a 9-speed Shimano rear mech you can run an 11-34 cassette in there.

Probably just being a cigarette.

What does this even mean? I can't make any sense of it.

Steep hills are usually always a struggle BTW

Seen some similar Tiarga specced bikes running 11-30 to 11-32 just wondering if it would make a difference. Or maybe a good night's sleep would be more beneficial

Yes 11-32 would give you lower gearing making those climbs a bit less painful. Try this... http://www.berkshiresports.org/index.php?ID=bikegearcalculator
May need to be in front of a pc to get it to work properly. Input the info as if two bikes the same. One with yer current cassette n one with 11-32 and check the low gears compared to your current set up.
