Hi,
I am after some advice for my 1x9 setup. I am currently using a 34t up front and 11-32 rear. I am quite new to cycling and i need an easier gear for the uphills.should I chance the cassette or the front? Thanks for the help

Depends how much you use or need the high gear (9th). If you don't mind missing a bit at the high end you could swap out the chainring to a 32 or even 30.

front is cheaper and easier to change. Use cheap rings until you find the one you like.

Personally I'd change the cassette. Go for an 11-36. That way you will still keep the same high gear, but you will gain an extra low gear or 2.
