OK, stupid question time, it's been years since I've had one, but how is the cable guide below the bottom bracket normally attached to the frame (bolt, superglue, double-sided-sticky-tape, chewing gum, will power...). There are a couple of holes in the underside of my bottom bracket shell (Sabbath Silk Route), but they're un-threaded, hmmmmm...ta very much.
