I think it used to be Dolan and it's now Pinarello due to the sky connection. Not 100% on that though.

I don't think it was SP Systems but was a composites company run by a Greek gent solely for the GB squad. However UCI regs now require them to ride commercially available frames.

I think the track bikes are designed and built in house.
Pinarello do the road bikes for the Sky Team
