We're looking for a gazebo to use a few times a year for events. It needs to fold down quite small to fit in a small car.
Does anyone know much about these?
Look at these, they are bloody brilliant and really do go up in seconds. Slightly smaller than a gazebo but worth it for the lack of hassle. Stands up well in the wind as well

Coleman event shelter... But it sort of depends what you mean by quite small...
Halfords do a pop up gazebo for around £50, it seems good enough quality. Quite pleased with it as others appear to be charging double elsewhere for similar
We like the idea of 3 sides in case its windy and wet. And ideally would like to be able to cook under it.
I unwittingly bought a pop up from Argos for about hundred quid... for the price, I should have bought a Coleman Event Shelter. They seem great*
*Im aware Gazebo envy is almost like admitting defeat on life...
If it's windy you won't want sides on it unless you can get some serious peggage done. They don't like wind much
I've seen some good anchors that screw into the floor so should be ok with sides. If it looks like it will blow over we can always roll up the sides. 3x3M should be enough for us with a table and chairs.
From personal experience.
Cheap gazebos capitulate in the face of decent winds. Lost the most recent purchase last weekend, lots of snapped bolts and bent stuff.
Really depends on how many times a year, and for how many years you plan to use it.
It will only get ised a few times a year but I'd rather pay more for quality than buy cheap and regret it.
Well, if you can wait a couple of weeks I'll post a review on a £500 (fully branded) gazebo.
I'd guess at last weekends wind being around the 30-40mph mark if that provides perspective.
