So I was trailbuilding up at Stainburn today. We had to shut the start of the red loop for repairs, so I found myself talking to lots of riders, loads of whom had never ridden Stainburn before.

Mid afternoon, a couple of pesky kids on fancy Santa Cruz's asked about the trails. I duly advised them to warm up on the reds before they tackled the Warren Boulder Trail. Didn't want them hurting themselves..

Turns out them pesky kids were Josh and his mate. Thought he looked familiar!! 😳

Nevermind that, the cheeky chap was sporting a new kind of cycling helmet. It appeared to be knitted out of some wierd new fibre!

I recognised him pulling up in a van in the car park, was definitely sure it was him when I heard him talking to you J, no one else sounds like him. Told him we'd have a photo later and he made some joke about wearing his helmet, but I didn't get it. Anyway, he came back later, but I was at the agg pile and no one else bothered getting a photo for the website nor nothing, sorry. Who told you who it was then, after you'd made a fool of yerself?

Benhouldsworth, We also had Mr Trout of Troutie lights fame (see many threads on STW), you might possibly have heard of him. He was wheeling his wheelbarrow thru streets broad and narrow. It's just been a bit overwhelming today with all these celebs.
