I've not posted in ages but returning to the oracle for a little advice.
Looking at getting the new single sided vector set but would like it to be interchangeable between my winter and summer bike, one is BB30 running Cannondale SI chainset the other new 105.
I know there are two available sizes, please say both these cranksets use the same!

Also, generally, are the single sided vectors well regarded? I use a Garmin Edge 500 unit.

Thanks!

How wide are both crank arms?

DC Rainmaker favours the PowerTap P1 if you want pedals. Easier to switch between bikes as they are completely self-contained and don't need a torque wrench for install.

More expensive than a Vector S though. However, I'd say given the price difference and the ease of swapping them I'd go P1s. I can attest to how easy they are to move around, whilst Vectors are a faff. I'd happily move P1s for every ride, Vectors is probably not bother except for seasonal bike changes.

I'd echo the above.
After reading up quite a it and soeaking to one or two people with the Vectors I'd avoid them. They're way too fiddly to be swapping from bike to bike and for such an expansive piece of kit they don't appear to be the most reliable with quite a lot of people having issues with inaccurate readings or signal drop-outs.

The P1's are a great piece of kit, well worth the extra money. I switch mine between bikes fairly often and it's a doddle.

FWIW I have Vectors, had no problems at all with them. Haven't used the S model, so can't comment on the pedal pod sizes. My Vectors have been used with Garmin 500, 800 and 810 units.

Pedal pod is the same on S and normal though, and I don't think anyone is questioning head unit compatibility... I'd guess the SI cranks need the wider pod, whilst Shimano are the narrower (although I'm sure you could use the wider).

If you do go Vectors make sure you get the 2S, the old pods don't respond well to being swapped too much.
