Hi Everyone,
The wife bought me a brand new Garmin Edge 520 Plus for my 40th a few months back. Fourth ride out with it and I cracked the screen on a small drop!
I posted it (Royal Mail, 1st Class, Recorded) down to a company called Nutzz Electronics almost a month ago. Before sending it I saw decent Google reviews and they’d emailed me a quote. However, since posting it down to them on 16th November I’ve heard nothing back from them! Their phone number doesn’t exist, no response from my emails or online request forms!
Anyone heard of them or have any experience from them before!? The Garmin was signed for at their address, so I’m assuming no fault on Royal Mail’s behalf!? Gutted and a tad raging, and now “Garminless” too!!

I won't trust anyone with a 2u, 4u or a z as a substitution for an s. Not helpful, I know.
Yep, used them a few years ago and unfortunately need their services again this week (price to fix an Edge 1000 screen has gone up considerably).
Their service was great, 48 hour turnaround.
Ah....I hadn't read your middle paragraph. Sorry to hear that, but you may have saved me some hassle. I hope your Garmin turns up soon.
Cheers for the responses folks. A strange one indeed. Would be good if they had the decency to let me know if they’d received it or not.
@agentdagnamit - Yeah, I’d try contacting them first before I send anything!!
If they’re a one man band, there’s an off chance they or their family might be suffering an illness at the moment.
It’s possible. Judging from folk round here who’ve had C-19 it can be weeks to get back on your feet.

Was a thought I had too, but I sent an email to them last night for quote, and got a response this morning....
The do seem quite elusive don't they? They don't answer landline or mobile phone. Might be worth looking for a local FB group to ask locals if the shop is still open. I asked for a quote for repair to see if they would respond, I got an automated reply followed by another reply saying they couldn't quote as the parts I needed were out of stock.
Might be worth writing to them with a timescale against it, send it recorded delivery and be prepared to start the small claims process. At this point I also suggest you start keeping diary of attempted contacts.
