So went for a ride earlier this evening and my livetrack shows the complete ride, but only recorded 10 yards distance. Linked below.
Garmin uploaded the track to Garmin Connect and Strava but only showed the 10 yards. even though I was following a course for the first loop, then added the out and back at the end? I've checked on the Garmin file system and there is only one 2kb file that corresponds with the "short version". The utility that allows you to extract a GPX file from livetrack errors.
I have a feeling all is lost, but with livetrack data being up for another 19 hours or so, thought I'd ask in hope rather than expectation.
Help me ST-ONE you're my only hope.
I've had the same thing with Garnin livetrack recently
Even when not using livetrack it' wasn't recording anything.
This was using two different Fenix5 watches. Tried all kinds of updates and settings and still wouldn't work.
Then the start of this week both watches started working properly again.
Can only put it down to being linked to the recent Garmin troubles.
