I can't find any way to get a grid reference out of my Edge Touring. This has always been easy enough on Etrex models and I'm sure on the old Edges. Am I missing something?
Sometimes it's very useful to be able to pinpoint yourself on an OS map.
(note - grid reference included in features on these lists -

On my Edge 810 it's > Spanner > System > Units > Position Format (British Grid).
Not sure if it's the same for Touring.
does it support connect IQ apps? there are some widgets that'll do it.
Doesn't look like it support apps.
On my Edge 810 it's > Spanner > System > Units > Position Format (British Grid).

that's a start - yes, can set the "Position format" to British Grid. Can't find any screen that displays it though.....
I've a touring (and an edge 25) - always wondered why there isn't a quick function for this to provide EM services with a grid ref if the worst happens.
If you click on the map you can drop a pin on the spot you want. Can't remember if that gives you the grid ref or can be configured too. Will update later if no one else has
Have you tried Spanner > GPS > Mark Location > Tick > Change Location (will show the BNG 10 figure grid ref).
Ok - that's it.
Drop a pin - it give sit a name and distance from current location at the top of the map screen. Touch that info and it brings up the elevation, distance and Grid Ref.
Touch the navigation hand, touch your location (the little pyramid) and it saves that location (and you can get the grid ref by touching it again).
Not very convenient - gives you loads of useless points on your mapping
