quick question please. Will the 800 keep track of your hr & cadence on a [b]stationary [/b]indoor bike so you can later upload it to Garmin Connect? Reason I ask is that my Dakota 20 won't do this. It'll display real time HR/cadence info, but it won't save it within the device unless you're actually moving. Cheers!

I use mine on my turbotrainer - it does keep HR data fine. I turn off its GPS function in the menu. I dont use cadence tho, but pretty sure it would keep it.

yeah will keep cadence (and also virtual distance / speed) so long as you have the sensor unit on the chainstay

yup, helps to set to 'use with gps off' otherwise it records a messy squiggle of location data
