I did a 5 hour ride earlier and just uploaded it to Garmin Connect. For some reason part of the activity has been truncated at it is showing as though I started the route 20 miles into where I did start from. I assume it can only be due to the memory capacity of the 305 and it then starts deleting the waypoints at the beginning to enable storage of those later on?
The distance / time are all correct. Anyone else noticed this limitation?
You may need to switch it from power second recording to the 'intelligent' method.
Cheers Fella. The screen does actually state that it can only record 3.5 hours at 1 second interval. Note to self. RTFM
