Is it possible to plot and download a route on a garmin 800 before I ride it using the garmin site.

I have been using http://www.bikehike.co.uk/mapview.php as I like to OS Map feel of the site.
I felt the garmin site was to much like hard work

Yes, I use garmin basecamp. Nothing hard about it IMO

I use bikehike and download it straight onto the garmin from there. I didn't like base camp for some reason.

I use mapmyride to create the route and upload it to the garmin.
