My garage is a short (20 metres) from the house. Unfortunately it has no power nor heating. Its become all the more apparent im missing these now the day are shorter. Particularly the heating. Putting a new drivetrain on this morning in the cold was difficult. Has anyone found a good solution for this problem? High power battery LED lamps? Gas heaters? etc etc Any pics of possible setups would be appreciated too. Thank you 🙂

Put power to it, seems the obvious answer - why can't you?

I've got one of these in my shed.

Bit expensive to run, struggles in cold weather unless you do ill advised tricks involving heating the gas canister. But better than nothing.

Get a Superser I say.

"Particularly the heating. Putting a new drivetrain on this morning in the cold was difficult"

Were you doing it naked ....its not remotely cold yet.

Gas cabinet heater..... Folks on here will tell you it will kill you....and because of the ignorance of the few (not providing adaquate ventalation) you can pick them up on gumtree foc usually with a half bottle of gas.

But do ventalate and never close the door fully byut by god they are warm when the weather gets cold.

Those portabkle flood lights are good plus a headtorch.
Hat and coat solves the other problem.
