To people think they'll be easily available in say 20yrs time ?
would stock up and store but unless careful conditions are met seems most deteriorate ?
20 years time? No, I don't think they'll be available TBH
What tyres that were available 20yrs ago are still available now?
There's your answer
What bikes from 20 years ago are you still riding regularly?
That's how much it matters
Contrary to what some people would wish, fat and plus bikes aren't going to disappear because they do serve a niche as people will want them for snow, expeditions etc - they're certainly going to be less obsolete that some of the ebikes and electronic components used today.
Most tyres are made from synthetic compounds that are pretty stable, so provided you keep them away from sunlight and ozone they should last a long while - I probably have some road tyres approaching that age in my workshop.
What tyres that were available 20yrs ago are still available now?
Specific tyre models, probably none, but in terms of sizes it's no struggle to get 700c, 26" tyres.

A Merlin Mountain (it's just over 25 years old but still in regular use)
I have a 20+ year old Raleigh M Trax i can still get 26" tyres for and a 40+ year old (?) Lambert Aerospace road bike I can still get 27" tyres for.

Of course neither of those is particularly unusual, and certainly wasn't.
You might have more trouble finding say 700a or 700b tyres now than you would have and that might be a better indicator.
Equally 20 years from now you might be riding a hover bike or the whole world maybe on fat - heck not so many years ago chances of finding a 650b tyre would have been poor and you might have thought your old wheel size was obsolete.
