I run my Lyrik rebound fully open (fast). I'd like the option to go slightly faster, even if I just ended up back where I am setting wise. Can this be done easily by a tuner without compromising performance elsewhere? 2023 Charger 3 if it makes a difference..

Yes, they can use lighter damping oil.
Where are you with compression damping? If your running those wide open (or close to it) then as above, lighter oil is probably the easiest way.
Does this help? (pages 107 & 108). It shows different shim stack arrangements for light, mid & heavy rebound tunes.
At the moment 0 or 1 click of HSC and maybe 3/4 LSC. So sounds like lighter oil might be the way, 3.1 parts appear to be September for UK stock..

Not sure that kit does what I need
Thank kit makes your Charger 3 damper a Charger 3.1 - RockShox's blurb is that it allows "68% more oil flow" - and there's a wider adjustment range as a result
