Just wondering if anyone else has experienced long delays in getting things replaced under warranty by FSA?
I sent them my carbon K-force triple chainset in June after the alloy pedal thread inserts came loose. Windwave ordered the replacement part from FSA pretty much right away, but 3 months later I'm still waiting. The guys from Windwave have been good at chasing FSA, but it seems to be pretty fruitless.
Curious to know how long it normally takes.

What has the shop you bought it from done in the meantime?
Nothing - I sent it straight back to the importer
I sent mine back on 20th June and received a replacement last week.

I sent mine back (same issue) but was told a triple would be a while so went with a double which arrived a few days later. Very happy with it so far.
