Does anyone make a front light that fits directly to an out front quarter turn mount (or has a bracket that fits one)

TIA

I have an Exposure Sirius mounted under a K-Edge Out Front with a Garmin Edge 1000. Needed an adapter from Exposure, but it's a very clean set up.

Mount is a XL Combo, like this.

Lots of lights should have brackets to fit. Exposure are just aces. 🙂

Same as above, except with a Strada on a raceware direct go-pro adapter

Thanks for the suggestions. I'm ideally looking for something that fits into the garmin mount (rather than under it). Or a go pro bracket that will fit into the mount so i could use the Exposure adapter you mentioned (I have a joystick)

The mount I have is the Canyon one for the H36 cockpit so limited to what could be fitted underneath without mods (though that is an option)

Garmin make a front light that fits their quarter turn mount. HTH whether it will also hold a Garmin AND fit your bars is another matter.

PS I'd go with the K Edge Go Pro Joystick option. My Giant aero bars have the same very limited options, so it's what I use in the winter to ride home from races. I also use my Fly 12, but I've converted that FROM go pro mount to Exposure for easy swapping across all my bikes with normal mounting options!

I think the Garmin light has the opposite gender attachment to an Edge computer, if that makes sense. The Garmin mount for the light holds the computer on top and light below. So I don't think that you can mount the Garmin light on top of your computer mount.

I have the Canyon mount above. There are quite a few options:

You can get a little doodah that fits into the Garmin quarter turn thingy and gives you a GoPro mount above, that's closest to what you're asking for. Not sure I'd put anything weighty on there though.

Raceware Direct do a GoPro mount that clamps directly onto the aero profile of the bars (I have one of these). They also do an out front mount just like the Canyon one, but with a GoPro mount underneath. (Email the chap if you can't find it on the website, some stuff isn't on there.)

I bought a little metal GoPro mount that has the same hole spacing as the Garmin disc insert for your out front computer mount. I actually found that the genuine Garmin disc had a more positive engagement to the quarter turn mount than the Canyon one, so swapped them. My little eBay GoPro mount then just bolts underneath. It's tiny and neat. Was only about £5.

So now I have a GoPro mount under the out front computer mount, and another on top of the bars if I want it.

There are a few lights that will mount on GoPro mounts, I have the Exposure large doodah, but also a GoPro-Lezyne adapter, and an Ituo light that mounts directly to a GoPro thing.

My previous solution was to make an adapter that bolted under the Canyon mount, and attached a Lezyne helmet mount under that. Worked fine, but not as neat as current solutions!

Turns out that I lied, it was from Amazon, not eBay. Now gone up to £6 too!

Here's the Raceware Canyon bar mount:

Their direct equivalent to the Canyon Edge mount (except with a GoPro mount beneath) doesn't seem to be on their website. They definitely do it though - I've seen pictures!

This plus hacksaw plus Sugru makes anything compatible with a Garmin mount.
