I have 105 hydro double front shifters. These seem to have three positions when changing up i.e. in low front ring, up one click then up another into the highest front ring.
Will this work a triple front mech. I'd like a triple front set up rather than the normal double I have at the moment.

No. The extra click is just a trim position.
