Has anyone got a map or a GPS log showing the singletrack through Friston Forest? Or just a link to a map (I'm being particularly useless with Google today)?

No gps but to be honest it's not that big, there's a red route marked at butchers hole and another from seven sisters, there's also some singletrack routes from the top before you drop into Jevington.

Yeah, I've been a few times and know it reasonably well. I've seen a map online somewhere of a few of the lines though, and wanted to get hold of it.
