This is appear to be a bearing ring to allow the inside edge of a freehub to rotate on the hub shell, I think it's more of a bearing than oil seal, made out of hard plastic, not rubber. And it's split. Anywhere I can get a replacement? What would the proper name for it be to search?
ID is about 19.5, OD 21.8 tapering to 22. 3mm thick.
Any idea of the make, model and year of hub or the wheel it's in?

It's a Whyte branded hub from model year 2019, (20?). Whyte's info tells me the whole freehub is ref. WHYFHUB01 or FH501 DHG142. I can't tell if it's a Formula one, but the online images don't show it with the ring supplied anyway.
Looks like it's DHG 142 hub from Formula (Whyte ,may be able to confirm this.)
Formula parts can be hard to come by but the whole hub can be had for £36 here so you could buy this and cannibalise it as required if it looks the same.
Alternatively, Freewheel are selling rear DT Swiss 350's for £115, you could get the rear rebuilt onto one of them and move on knowing you'll be able to easily get spares in the future.
Well that DHG142 designation matches the other freehub model number, so there's a bloody good chance it's the same. Cheers Hatter. I may well get one of those and strip it for spares. I managed to find the Whyte freehub available at one shop, for £50 so £36 for the whole hub is a bargain and I'll get the axle and endcaps etc. thrown in.

Re-hubbing was actually my fallback position if repair became problematical, and I do my own building so that's easy.
Right, if anyone happens across this thread in the future, it is a Formula hub, (hopefully that one up there which I've ordered!) and the replacement freehub is an FH-521.
