Well to me anyway, ordered 29er rims arrived with a scratch on them, rang up and said they could courier some new ones on a few days, chanced my arm for a front derailleur as compensation, they agreed.
Result! Great customer service CRC.

Well it was 8inches round the rim with 3-4 inches quite deep.
Anything wrong with just getting the rim replaced?

Well done the OP for getting your parts through the post,I ordered on Saturday morning and still haven't had it,bit pissed about it really,they used to be quick with postage,glad you got a good result.

To be honest I did complain about the delivery time as I ordered a tyre from Germany at the same time and it came first

Good point, no paid for the tyre delivery, that would explain the speedy delivery.
