I have a Kickr Core. I use Training Peaks to track my progress. I use the Wahoo iPhone app to manually change the power settings (in erg mode) to match the structured workouts I'm doing.
Without resorting to Zwift, is there a simple app I can use to set up my workouts, and have them communicated in real-time to the trainer? Ie 5 mins at XX power, 10 mins at YY power, repeat ZZ times, cool down at AA power, etc?
Don't forget Zwift does 25Km of free trial every month, where you could create your own workout, then ride it up Mountain 8 or Alpe Du Zwift course so your power output results in less mileage up the climbs.
Would TrainerRoad and the TR workout builder do this without a subscription?
