All the organised sporting events are making sensible, pragmatic decisions

Apart from the IOC, who seem to be living in an alternative reality!

Dyfi Enduro canned too. Was obviously going to happen, but still sad.

Even by the standards of Swiss based ****s, the IOC are in a league of their own, so the lack of cancellation doesn't surprise me in the least.

Vile, vile vermin

Has anyone signed up to Ride The Fred this May?

I've been offered (and accepted), a reserve place.

Chances of it going ahead?

May, I doubt it. Don't let wishful thinking get in the way of reality.

Got mine carried over from last year. Its a bit of a relief TBH as Covid has scuppered my plans, as well as my waistline.

I got offered a place for this year so took it. I'll remain optimistic and, at any rate, it'll be a good incentive to get out and put some decent training in.

I'm in, but I can't see it going ahead to be honest. There are going to be lots of folk struggling to get any decent training done.

BHF London to Brighton has been cancelled already I heard today

FLAB has sent an email round today confirming their sportive in May is still on, and if it's postponed you're place will be transferred to the new event, but I fear a lot of events will be cancelled again, certainly in the first half of the year.
