It's sadly been revealed to me that I've got a pretty nasty crack in my 1 of 10 Merlin Jones Spaceframes. (bugger, blast and much other swearing).

I'm not currently in a position to replace the frame with a new one, but I know that some people have used Jones forks on other frames, has anyone got suggestions on what has worked and what hasn't?

Thanks all

10, 10! I don't even have one.

Seen a few Stooges with Jones forks, you looked into getting it fixed?

It’s one of the very first ti frames and the crack is in the tiny tube that braces the twin top tubes and connects to the seat tube. Bit of a fiddly point.

To be honest I hadn’t ridden the frame much and was looking to sell, I’m 6,3” and it was fine 5 years ago, but now I’ve gotten used to riding longer bikes it feels small.

Always liked the idea of a stooge, will see if they’ve done large ones that the fork will fit.
