Hi,
A titanium bolt which fixes rear mudguard and pannier rack has snapped in my alu frame. I tried to drill it through but didn't have luck using my aku drill. Frame
All I want is to drill it through and maybe thread it if possible. Any recommendation where to go with it in MCR?
Thanks in advance.

Yes, someone with a general engineering workshop with a pillar drill so you can secure / jig the frame and drill out cleanly. Trying to drill hard titanium out of softer alloy with a hand tool is pretty tricky.

It's a long long time ago but we used to go Heaveys in Eccles for all sorts of odd jobs and they never said no - might be worth a try.
